The FSU Kiteboard club meets every Thursday night at Aj's Sports bar at 9:00pm. You do NOT have to be 21 to attend our meetings. College students of any age can enter the bar and participate in our weekly meetings. We are always looking for new interested members!
The bar is located on Tennessee Street, West of campus about one mile on the right side of the street. Our meetings are laid back and informal, so feel free to stop by on a Thursday night and check us out. We always meet by the pool tables.

Where and when are the meetings?
Meetings are at AJ's Sports Bar, about 1/2 mile away from campus.
We meet Thursdays at 9 PM by the pool tables.
If you need a way to get to the meetings, get in touch with
the club and we will get you a ride.
What is covered in the meeting?
During the meetings we will discuss any current events that are
happening, as well as any upcoming out-of-town trips
and trips to the beach.
Do I have to be in college?
Anybody is welcome to come to our meetings. However, only FSU
students who have signed participation waivers
are allowed to use our gear. Non-FSU students are still
welcome to join us at the beach if they wish.
Do I have to be 21 or over?
No. Anybody can come in free
of charge.
Can you teach me how to kiteboard?
If you are willing to try and learn, then yes. Any dues-paying
member can come out to the beach as much as they
like and use our gear. We also have a number of third-party
outlets that will give certified, private lessons
(which go for 100+ an hour) at a reduced, special rate if
you want private instruction
How can I contribute?
the easiest and most helpful way for you to help our club is to
support us by joining, learning to ride, and
spreading the stoke. however, with all the different
members in our club, there are lots of ways to contribute,
especially adding to our network of places we can
stay when we take trips.
Is there kite gear for me to use?
our club has all the gear you need to learn, from trainer
kites and harnesses to kites and boards. with time you
will want to acquire your own gear and we can help with
that as well.
